A range of products which, when applied to finished goods, hold the key to catching consumers’ eyes in bakery or patisserie outlets. Applied to a sweet product, inside and out, caramels are used to make bakery or patisserie counters more visually appealing, provide an instant sweet and indulgent note, improving the overall taste and texture. Bakels manufacture a range of products including our popular banoffee toffee and products from our True Caramel range, a premium range of caramels produced thanks to Bakels’ investment in a state-of-the-art high temperature boiling line. The production line allows us to produce caramels with traditional ingredients, but with 21st century process consistency, something all our customers have come to value. Brands include True Caramel.
